Chemicals and Methods We Use

We use disinfectants that are registered with the Dubai Municipality and approved under the UAE’s biocidal product regulations. All products are tested against SARS-CoV-2, influenza viruses, bacteria and common pathogens. We never use products that leave harmful residues in occupied spaces.

Application methods include:

  • Electrostatic spraying: Charged particles wrap around surfaces for 360-degree coverage — the most thorough method for large open areas

How Long Does Disinfection Take?

Treatment time depends on the size of the space and the method used. A standard 1,000 square metre office typically takes 2 to 3 hours. After fogging or electrostatic spray treatment, a minimum dwell time of 30 to 60 minutes is required before the space can be re-entered. We schedule treatments for early mornings, evenings or weekends to avoid disrupting your operations.

Do You Provide a Certificate of Disinfection?

Yes. Spring Blue issues a signed certificate of disinfection after every treatment, confirming the date, the area treated, the products used and the application method. This is accepted by Dubai Municipality and health authority inspectors for premises compliance purposes.
